F16 Poppy Sheer***PREORDER ONLY***

Estimated arrival time: 1 to 2 months from preorder date, please understand that the wait time may extend longer depending on the circumstances.  If you’re uneasy about the wait time please do not order.  Outfits, skirts, and hats will be made following after receipt of fabrics in Laos to my manager to distribute to my skirt, hat, and outfit vendors.  Please allow 2-3 months for skirts, outfits, and hats to be made as those also takes time.

PTS Turban Hats - are 7 layers and with interfacing fabrics of sheer fabrics.

Hmong Xeev Outfits - Pants length is 42 inches, sev length is 40 inches, arm length is 19.5 inches, and shirt length is 21 - 24 inches depending on size.

Hand pleated skirts - will have 2 layers of interfacing of the color of sheer fabric.  Sheer fabric will be made to skirt from top to bottom.  Will most likely be 8 - 10 meters worth of fabrics to make the skirt.  If your length is longer than 22 inches, there will be an extra charge of $10 per every 5 inch as the pleating will cost more for longer length.  If sizes 48 - 60, there will be an extra charge of $10 as more fabrics will be needed to make it for that size range.

Payment must be made in full for reservations.  No changes or refunds can be made after invoice has been paid in full.  

Whichever color doesn't meet the MOQ by 75% of the 2000 yards then I will issue a refund back to you in your original payment before submitting the final order.
